Reception - Willow Class
The reception teacher is Miss Macpherson.
Please and come and see me at anytime if you would like to talk about your child's learning.
Our class is called 'Willow' after our favourite tree in the playground.
Animals
Our topic this half term is Animals. We have already been learning about animals that live in the Jungle.
This week we have been watching eggs hatch, we now have 8 chicks in our classroom! We have been enjoying watching them change and grow.
PE
We will do PE on Tuesday and Friday. Children will need a t-shirt and shorts or jogging bottoms.
Reading
We love to read in our class, we have stories every day and we often make actions to our stories. This helps us with our reading and story telling skills.
Please bring reading books to school everyday so we can listen to children read. We will change reading books 2 times a week.
Library books are changed every Friday.
